Meeting of Towing in Castelo Branco  from 9 to June 13

Hello Friends!

Again spring time and again wonderful flight time in Castelo Branco. Like last year, this year the School will organize a Meeting of Towing in Castelo Branco  from 9 to June 13. This year we will have competition in parallel with the meeting for you who already are more accustomed to the system.

For those who want to learn this technique and enjoy a unique flying environment for the flight conditions and the comfort, this is the ideal opportunity. The coexistence provided by the takeoffs and landings in the same place is fantastic and helps to learn this way of come up to the air.

Like last year, we will have again the opportunity to make a very nice barbecue evening at the aerodrome and we can save the wings mounted on the hangar for the next day. We will also have the optimum operational for those who want to try for the first time hang gliding.

Flight conditions there are very interesting, the local record is 205 km, there are five flights above 100 km over the past year and even with the tandem flights were made over an hour.

For accompanying persons, the region also has much to offer: swimming, hiking, hot springs and excellent cuisine await you.
