The new take off at Peña Negra

Towards the end of June was inaugurated the new take off at Peña Negra which has increased hugely the margins of safety for pilots flying there. The inclination needs some finishing and the surface cleared of stones and the surface must yet be covered with a soil layer to allow grass to be sown. As there was no time before the competitions, this task was left for the winter/spring of 2010. According to the Town Hall there are also plans to open the bar once again so there will be access to the toilets and food and drink. The Club is working on installing a web cam which we can connect to our web page.
